The following changes have been implemented on the CDC section of the Checkout page: [#11164] - (June 29, 2026)

A dropdown field with "Yes" and "No" as options has been added to the "Include a handwritten note with my order" CDC subsection.
The text area field in the "Include a handwritten note with my order" CDC subsection has been updated to be hidden, and its value cleared, if "No" is selected as the option under the dropdown field on the "Include a handwritten note with my order" CDC subsection.
The text area field in the "Include a handwritten note with my order" CDC subsection has been updated to appear if "Yes" is selected as the option under the dropdown field on the "Include a handwritten note with my order" CDC subsection.
The "Continue" button has been updated to remain disabled until the text area field in the "Include a handwritten note with my order" CDC subsection contains a value. This will only work if "Yes" is selected as the option under the dropdown field on the "Include a handwritten note with my order" CDC subsection.

Please note that, to avoid confusion regarding the templates that had multiple "Copy of" templates, the following templates were renamed:

The "Toggle Template" template was renamed to "Toggle Template (Original)".
The currently published "Copy of Toggle Template" (the one that contains the changes above) has been renamed to "Toggle Template (2026-06-27)".
The "Copy of Toggle Template" that was last updated June 17th has been renamed to "Toggle Template (2026-06-17)".

The Billing Method section of the checkout page has been updated with the following conditions based on the option selected in the Order Details CDC subsection: [#11180] (July 2, 2026)

If the user selects "Personal," the "Business Order" payment method will be hidden, while all other payment methods (Account Balance and Credit Card) will remain available, along with the Coupon Code field.
If the user selects "Business," only the "Business Order" custom payment method will be available.

The Add to Cart button on the Product page has been aligned with the quantity field. Additionally, the button's padding has been adjusted to match the spacing and sizing of the other fields on the Product page, creating a more consistent appearance. [#11180] (July 6, 2026)

For all orders where Business Order is selected via the CDC, the checkout now behaves as follows:
Business Shipping is automatically selected by default, and the shipping section is skipped.The Coupon Code payment method is hidden.The input box for the Pay Via Business Order Account payment method has been hidden.[#11192 July 7 2026]

Thanks for the additional details and the clarification regarding the user groups.

I've gone ahead and implemented the requested updates:

The custom coding now only applies to users in the OE Employee group, while the Public group will continue using the standard checkout flow without the Order Details CDC or the Pay via Business Account payment method.
For Personal Orders, the Shipping Method step is no longer skipped, and the Business Shipping option has been hidden.
The transition through the Shipping Method step has been optimized to reduce the delay before proceeding to the next step as much as possible.
For Business Orders, the Billing Address step is now skipped.
I've also updated the default address to:

The Shipping Address section of the Checkout page has been updated to not allow the user to proceed with their Checkout process if a country other than the United States is selected while a product with an SKU that contains "OE-US" is in the cart. If this occurs, the "Continue" button will be disabled, and an Error Notification Popup with verbiage that reads "Shipping limitations will apply. Items with the product code "OE-US" cannot ship outside the U.S. Please remove from cart in order to checkout." will appear. (#11235 - July 20, 2026)
